Refund Conditions:
1. Refund before shipment
2. Defective received goods (including deformation, scratches, unclear printing, paint peeling)
3. Lost package during transit
4. Package delivered to the wrong address (provided the address is correct)
5. Received product or model not ordered
No Refund:
1. Package shipped with incorrect address (contact customer service to correct address before shipment)
2. Package stolen due to failure to collect after normal delivery
3. Refund requested for damage caused by the customer
4. Ordered wrong model or product
We typically ship within 3-5 days.
Possible delays include:
1. Force majeure events such as weather disasters
2. The ordered model is out of stock
3. Unclear printing (for some less common models, lens height may differ, causing blurry printing; this may require time to readjust parameters, or the printing equipment may be worn out and require reprinting)
4. The recipient address is outside our delivery area, or the address information is missing, preventing shipment (we will usually notify you via email; if you do not reply within a long time, we will provide a full refund).
Delivery to most countries takes 5-12 days after shipment. Delays or non-delivery may occur due to the following:
1. Customs clearance delays (depending on the current customs policies of different countries)
2. Incomplete delivery address, causing the courier to be unable to deliver and the package to remain at the courier company.
3. The courier is unable to contact the recipient during delivery.
4. Lost package during transit.
